Firn Collective was founded in 2026, but its roots go back much further. After more than 15 years in the winter sports industry, working for leading brands and in specialty ski shops, we know the market from both sides: the brand and the retailer. Combined with a fresh perspective and plenty of energy, the time had come to follow our own vision.

That vision is simple: to work in a way that is professional, personal and forward-thinking. Professional, because our partners deserve a reliable counterpart who knows the market inside out. Personal, because good partnerships are built on direct contact and mutual trust. Forward-thinking, because there is always a smarter, more efficient way to bring great products to the right people.

Our expertise

Our knowledge and interests are found in winter sports, outdoor and bike. These are worlds we know well, and where product, performance and passion come together. For us, the mountains are more than a workplace: they’re a way of life, in every season. It’s where we recharge, and where we test the gear we believe in. That’s also why we choose our partners carefully: we work with brands and retailers we believe in.

What we aim to do

Our goal is to support our partners as well as we can, whether as agent, importer or advisor in the Benelux. By working closely, keeping lines short and looking critically at how things are done, we help make distribution more efficient, one partnership at a time.

Why ‘Firn’?

In the Alps, ‘firn’ is the name for snow that has survived the summer: layer upon layer, compacted over time, high up where the glacier begins. It’s the foundation of every glacier, and it reflects how we build partnerships: solid, lasting and with respect for what came before.
